How to Help
We are a volunteer run community group, working for your community.
A community library relies on the efforts of local people to exist, not only to man the library but also to raise funds through community events, grants and donations to finance running costs and purchase new stock. You can help in many ways and be involved as little or as much as you wish. - Put simply, without volunteers and funding, the library will not be able to remain open so please help in any way you can.
If you wish to become a library volunteer please complete the Volunteer Registration form at the bottom of this page.

You could even remember us in your will?
You could make a huge difference to the Community Library by remembering the Library in your Will so that your support lives on.
It can also be beneficial, as a charitable donation in your Will reduces the Inheritance Tax burden on your estate.
You can agree a particular amount, specify a gift of all or a percentage of what remains after other payments.
NOTE: Always take professional advice on how to leave a legacy.

Other volunteer opportunities are also available eg: becoming a trustee, admin & IT support, fund raising, organising and helping at events and helping in the coffee shop. We will need to have some information about you in order to contact you and to know any limitations or work preferences you may have. Please completed the form below and press Submit.
